Bob
Varley graduated from Auburn University and served as
an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Bob obtained
his law degree from the University of Alabama School of
Law, where he served as an editor of the Alabama Law Review.
He began practicing law in 1979, and is licensed to practice
in all Alabama state courts, as well as all Alabama federal
district courts, the United States Court of Appeals for
the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the United States
Supreme Court.
