Bill
Messer graduated from Swarthmore College and Duke University
School of Law. Bill has practiced law since 1982, previously
serving as litigation director of the statewide legal
services program. He is licensed to practice in both Alabama
and Georgia, including all Alabama federal district courts,
the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit,
and the United States Supreme Court.
